Referral FAQs

How do I refer a patient or client to West End Chiropractic?

Call (314) 361-4650 with the patient's name, phone number and reason for referral. Our team contacts the patient to schedule, and same-day appointments are often available.

Do you accept liens on personal injury cases?

Yes. We work with personal injury attorneys and accept liens. Call our office to discuss the case before the client's first visit.

Will my client see a medical doctor?

Yes. Car accident patients are first evaluated by the medical doctor on site. Chiropractic and rehabilitative care are then recommended as needed, all at the same location.

How do I request medical records?

We provide medical records upon request with a signed release. Call (314) 361-4650 to request records.

What conditions do you accept referrals for?

We accept referrals for back and neck pain, sciatica, herniated and bulging discs, whiplash and other car accident injuries, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, shoulder pain and sports injuries. We also provide pelvic floor strengthening, weight management and pre-employment and sports physicals.

Do I need to send a formal referral or prescription?

No. Patients do not need a referral to be seen. A referral note with relevant history and imaging helps us coordinate care, but it is not required.

What if a patient needs care outside your scope?

Every patient starts with a thorough evaluation. If findings call for care we don't provide, we refer the patient back to you or to the appropriate specialist.
