West End Chiropractic & Rehab Center is primarily a cash-based practice, which lets us focus on personalized care and quality time with each patient instead of insurance restrictions. We do accept personal injury and auto accident cases when appropriate.

Why choose a cash-based chiropractic office?

A cash-based model lets us recommend the care that is best for you, not what a third party will approve. That means individualized treatment plans and more time with the doctor.

Do you treat car accident and personal injury cases?

Yes. Car accident patients are seen first by a medical doctor for a comprehensive evaluation before any treatment is recommended. We treat whiplash, neck pain, back pain and soft-tissue injuries, with all care provided in our facility, and we provide the clinical documentation insurance claims and attorneys need.
